How to make a pdf of your ROSI transcripts

TO CREATE ROSI TRANSCRIPTS FOR OGS ONLY  (DO NOT USE THESE DIGITAL TRANSCRIPTS FOR EITHER CGS M or CGS D SSHRC APPLICATIONS):

Graduate students applying for OGS must to choose to display their name and their complete history. The default is "no" and "recent history". See the snippet below. Your name must be included on the transcript or the transcript is not admissible. (NOTE, this may be slightly changed on the new ROSI/ACORN system. If so, just remember to generate your personal information/name on the transcript.)

If you have uploaded the incorrect version to your OGS application, please delete that ROSI screen capture, create a new version, and upload the correct version to your application.

If you have already submitted your OGS with the incorrect version, please EMAIL ME marguerite.perry@utoronto.ca immediately. I will need to verify the academic history for every incorrect applicant before their applications can go to the committee.
ROSI transcript options
You will need to create ONE document of all screen captured U of T transcripts to upload to your application.  The easiest way to do this is to save the screen captures as images and paste these in order into a WORD document.  If you have more information than fits on one page, go to another page of WORD.  Once all of your ROSI transcript images are pasted into your document, convert the entire WORD document to a pdf and upload this to your OGS application.

If you have any questions, please contact Marguerite Perry at marguerite.perry@utoronto.ca before uploading to your application!
