We are delighted to announce the publication of a special issue, "Aging, Old Age, Memory, Aesthetics", in
Occasion: Interdisciplinary Studies in the Humanities (guest edited by
Marlene Goldman,
Andrea Charise,
Linda Hutcheon, and Michael Hutcheon).
Occasion is a fully open-access, online scholarly publication, and this special issue contains a number of essays and artist statements from members of both the University of Toronto community and our own English Department.

Articles cover a diverse range of topics including aging and embodiment, memory and dementia, neuroculture, aesthetics of late style, the ethics of care, and queer temporalities.
