Brief Description of Course:
This course is a special study of the representative poets of the modern(ist) period. It aims for an in-depth engagement with some of their most significant works and a critical understanding of their poetic theories and techniques, as well as their intellectual and cultural perspectives. The course helps students develop skills in close reading and build confidence in critical interpretation.
