Biography : 

I am a third year PhD candidate who is enrolled in the Book History and Print Culture Collaborative Specialization Program. My CGS-D funded doctoral research examines early modern cryptographical practices, focusing on the way cryptography can be understood as a language. I am especially interested in early modern women's enciphered communications.

I currently serve as the Rare Books Specialist at the Centre for Renaissance and Reformation Studies and as a BHPC Printing Fellow at Massey College. I hold an MA in Early Modern English Text and Transmission from King's College London, and a BA in English with a minor in Greek and Roman Studies from the University of Victoria.
