Brief Description of Course

This course will primarily focus on the writings of one of the greatest writers of the Romantic period, placing her work in its literary, social, philosophical, and historical contexts.

Method of Evaluation

  • Two papers—approx. 7 pp. (2100 words) (30%) and 8-10 pp. (2500-3000 words) (40%)
  • Final test (30%).
