Professor George Elliott Clarke Garners Toronto Arts Council Grant and Lands Top 10 Political Book of 2023 Recognition

We are thrilled to share two exciting updates from Professor George Elliott Clarke:

In case you missed it, Professor Clarke received a prestigious Toronto Arts Council grant last fall. This grant is earmarked for the recording of his second Afro-Metis Nation CD, following the success of the initial release, Constitution, in 2019.

Addtionally, Black Activist, Black Scientist, Black Icon: The Autobiography of Howard D. McCurdy, edited by Professor Clarke, has secured a spot on The Hill Times' list of the Top 10 political books of 2023
